The P0700 is a general TCM code and the U0101 lost transmission code is indicative of some problem between the two modules (PCM and TCM). Let's hope it's a bad cable or connection and not the entire PCM. Most of the time, a bad PCM goes bad almost all at once and multiple codes result. Follow up to the problem!

If plugs are good move the coils to another cylinder and reset CEL.
